Job Description
The Audiobooks Mission is a team focused on the ecosystem and strategies of Audiobooks on Spotify, and we're looking for a Senior Editor to lead programming across Latin America.
Requirements
- 5+ years of editorial and/or merchandising experience at a digital-first platform, publishing house, or major books retailer
- Deep knowledge of the Latin American publishing landscape, particularly Spanish-language markets
- Fluency in Spanish and English, professional proficiency in Portuguese
- Experience working hands-on with digital content and storefront merchandising
- Ability to translate cultural moments and trends into compelling editorial programming
- Comfortable collaborating in publisher-facing environments while maintaining audience-first decision-making
- Experience using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform programming decisions
