Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is a company that values relationships and has a core ideology of doing the right thing for the right reason. They are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team and support the delivery of reliable and affordable electricity to their service territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Two (2) years of job-related experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
- Operations Analyst III: Four (4) years of job-related work experience
- Sr. Operations Analyst: Six (6) years of job-related work experience
- Lead Operations Analyst: Ten (10) years of job-related work experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong inter-personal and teamwork skills
- Documented experience in power system engineering, operations engineering, transmission planning or related disciplines
- Understanding of and compliance with SPP Policies and Procedures
