Case Manager

We are looking for a Case Manager to support our San Jose Supportive Living Services Team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and working with intellectually disabled individuals. The Case Manager will support the delivery of high-quality services to clients in San Diego County and form strong internal relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to drive to other offices or counties and respond to emergencies
