• Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral support needs
• Passion for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect
• Problem solving and adaptability
• Ability to work independently in the community
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliability, patience, and commitment to person-centered care
