Job Description
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is seeking a Maintenance Director to join our dedicated team and help us fulfill our mission of serving our senior residents with excellence!
Requirements
- Recruit, train, manage, motivate, and evaluate Maintenance personnel
- Schedule Maintenance personnel to ensure the Community is always staffed
- Oversee and monitor Maintenance personnel accounting for hours worked using time clock system
- Prepare Maintenance budget within approved guidelines
- Complete monthly maintenance task list items and review with ED
- Coordinate Community Safety Committee
- Ensure all ACHA regulations and policies are followed
- Check and maintain the Building Life safety system
- Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors at the Community
