Job Description
The Addison of Alpharetta, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Maintenance Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, inside of the building, and community equipment, as well as preparing apartments for move-in and refurbishing units after move-out.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance
- Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction
