Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Med Tech certification in the state of Florida
• Experience in assisted living or memory care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward elderly residents
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medication assisting procedures, side effects, and interactions
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
