Job Description
Spring Health is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Strategy to leverage data and build processes to drive organizational objectives and achieve maximum results. The role involves market research, strategic planning, communication, and driving initiatives for impact. This is a full-time position based in New York with occasional travel. Requirements
- 5 - 7 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- 1 - 2 years of operating experience at a hypergrowth startup.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- BA or BS degree, MBA a plus.
