Lead Product Manager responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention, with a particular focus on care continuity for higher-acuity members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience as a Growth PM, owning funnels, experiments, and KPIs in consumer, B2B2C, or healthcare products
- Strong experience designing and running experimentation programs (A/B testing, cohort analysis, iterative rollouts)
- Experience operating in regulated or high-stakes environments (healthcare, fintech, education, etc.) strongly preferred
- Deep analytical fluency, with the ability to construct strong hypotheses, conduct hands-on analyses with data directly, and connect behavioral data to product decisions
