Senior Vice President of Product, Care Innovation

Spring Health is a leading provider of mental health services, partnering with over 450 companies to deliver care for 10 million people. The Senior Vice President of Product, Care Innovation will lead a team to develop and improve the care experience for patients and providers, using AI-enabled infrastructure and data-driven systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or b2b2c environments
• Deep expertise in growth product management, funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product decision-making
• 3+ years managing high-performing product teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Self-starter with a strong bias to action and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams
