The Senior Finance Engineer will play a critical role in designing and scaling the technical infrastructure that powers our finance organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience designing and deploying automation, AI, and/or ML systems in a Finance context
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Accounting or Finance Transformation
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, internal controls, and reporting processes
- Experience integrating ERP systems, planning tools, data warehouses, and automation platforms
- Familiarity with modern AI/agent frameworks (e.g., Claud, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving adoption of new systems and workflows, and using metrics/outcomes to optimize
- Strong project management skills, able to translate strategic Finance objectives into technical execution
- A software engineering mindset: rigorous about testing, observability, data hygiene, and iteration cycles
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities
