Senior Software Engineer I, Speciality Care Retention

Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs. We have a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date.

Requirements

• Write, review, and optimize production-ready code daily
• Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance code
• Own technical delivery for complex projects or subsystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features
• Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and respond to production issues
• Collaborate flexibly across time zones to support distributed teams and stakeholders
• Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers
