Software Engineer II, Member Growth, Top of Funnel

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week, and requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or front-end development
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, Iterable
• Experience designing and maintaining GraphQL APIs
• Bonus: Experience with growth initiatives, authentication, or registration flows
• Experience working in a healthcare or mental health tech environment
