We are seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise client relationships. This role is commercially oriented, focused on account retention, expansion, and long-term value creation, while serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing client needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success managing renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
- Comfortable managing a revenue-carrying or expansion-oriented book of business.
- Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders and navigate complex client organizations.
- Data-driven, with experience using performance metrics to guide conversations and decisions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing platforms.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
- Experience in e-commerce or highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
