Job Description
Springboard Hospitality is a premier third-party hotel management company that offers an empowered working environment and a superior benefits package to its employees. The company is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in one of its hotels in Saint Louis, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assuring attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in all Hotel Food Outlets, supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items, and maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in food and beverage, with at least 3 years from a management level
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Food Service Sanitation certification
- Alcohol Service Permit (if state-required)
- CPR certification preferred
