ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Springboard Hospitality is a premier third-party hotel management company seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee food outlets, banquets, and in-room dining while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. The successful candidate will have prior experience in food and beverage, with at least three years in a management level position. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and developing promotional ideas to exceed budgeted sales revenues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead by example to meet and exceed standards. Additional requirements include advanced knowledge of computer software, web analytics tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and data input.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage, with at least 3 years in a management level position
• Advanced knowledge of computer software, web analytics tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and data input
• Excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead by example to meet and exceed standards
