FRONT DESK AGENT

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Springboard Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. They will also be required to possess knowledge of all hotel features, services, and operations, and to maintain a high level of customer service skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a related position
• Advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools
• Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
• PC knowledge, minimum typing speed of 50wpm
• Ability to write and communicate professionally, bi-lingual fluency a plus
