Residential Manager - Residential School Program

To provide coaching and supervision to Direct Support Professionals within the Residential School Program, while promoting individuals with choices, respect, and independence.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have one-year minimum supervisory experience.
• Must complete Springbrook Manager Training Program.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and email applications.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs.
• Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
• Be able to perform all physical interventions.
