LPN (Windham Center) - Per Diem

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will follow the plan of care, communicate information, perform safe patient care, and maintain their knowledge base. The position is located at Springfield Hospital in Bellow Falls, VT.

Requirements

• Graduate from a practical nursing education program from an accredited institution
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Vermont
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• De-escalation training and certification
• One (1) year medical/surgical experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Experience with electronic medical record systems
