Christy Paddock Advisors, LLC is hiring a Controller Consultant to provide accounting and reporting services to clients. The role involves working with business owners and finance teams to streamline processes, close and reconcile financial records, and manage cash. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 5+ years of senior accounting experience
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc.), AI, BI/dashboard tools, and advanced Excel skills
