Lead Solutions Consultant

Sprinklr is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation, and will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them create and implement solutions that leverage Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experienced Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer with experience in a role at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients
• Strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting
• Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworks and helping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences
• Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence and CCaaS, as well as integrations between systems
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner, with strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Thought leader with a track record of publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry conversations
