Job Description
Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product initiatives end-to-end, partner with engineering, data, and design teams, and define success metrics. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, a proven track record of shipping impactful products, and experience working with data teams and analytics systems.
Requirements
- Own product initiatives end-to-end: discovery, definition, execution, launch, and iteration
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
- Define success metrics, analyze data, investigate issues, and drive product decisions
- Build scalable workflows and systems with a decision-intelligence mindset
- Identify and apply AI / GenAI use cases to analytics and product experiences
- Influence stakeholders and leadership through clarity, data, and strong product thinking
