Operations Director, Client Services

The Operations Director, Client Services is a critical role that works directly with clients to maintain smooth operations and provides support to the compliance services team. The position is responsible for implementing quality assurance protocols, managing staff, and ensuring client operational activities remain on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Help grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures
• Maintain the operational functions of the DC office
• Ensure client operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Track staffing requirements, help with hiring new employees as needed for clients
• Lead, motivate, and support teams within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
• Work in tandem with Compliance Managers on weekly accounts payable processing
• On-boarding and off-boarding staff for clients, including i9 verification with eVerify
• Monitor various aspects of an employee’s benefits including 401k, PTO, sick leave, etc.
• Develop organizational employee handbook guidance for clients in tandem with client’s needs and client general counsel
• Work with Compliance Team on complying with campaign finance, nonprofit and IRS compliance requirements
