The Client Operations Specialist will support the North America Operations Team by ensuring operational processes, standards, and key performance indicators are met and exceeded, while also assisting with account management, strategic planning, and compliance.
Requirements
- Assist with Account Receivable management
- Provide support in month-end activities such as Left to Bill (LTB) and the accrual process
- Drive strategic process improvements and technology enhancements across North America
- Serve as a subject matter expert for specific operational processes
- Assist with strategic planning
- Coordinate internal workflows
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
- Support the broader operational objectives of WTW
