Client Service Associate

We're seeking a Client Services Associate to support daily operations, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. The role involves handling mail and package operations, supporting office supplies and shipping and receiving, organizing supply inventories and equipment management, assisting with meeting room setups, and providing hospitality and occasional reception coverage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, office support, or similar preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
