Client Service Lead

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and service-driven Client Services Lead to lead daily facilities management and support a high-performing workplace environment. Key responsibilities include facilities & operations, administrative & office support, and client & stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in facilities operations, office management, or a hands-on operational role.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance).
• Excellent administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and performing light physical tasks throughout the workday.
