The Client Services Associate provides exceptional mail and general business services to clients, including mail and business services, shipping and receiving, and office supplies. The position requires continuous demonstration of superior customer service and hospitality.
Requirements
- Provides top-level customer service and professionalism to all clients and associates
- Receiving, sorting, and delivery of incoming mail and packages
- Mailing/shipping, packaging, and transferring custody of outgoing items
- Acts as point of contact for company personnel on mail/business services inquiries
- Performs daily printer service of multi-function devices and ensures functionality of the device
- Maintains the mail center area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Monitors and replenishes mail service supplies on all floors
- Assists with copy/print orders and monitors the copy/print equipment for satisfactory functionality
- Cross-trains to learn all aspects of the mail services team and assists others with cross-training
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with customers and other teams
