Job Description
Join our On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) team and gain hands-on experience in administrative support, mail & shipping, and workplace hospitality. Process and sort inbound/outbound mail and packages, provide general administrative assistance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office technology, including working knowledge of MFD (multi-functional device) equipment
- Highly organized and able to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
