Job Description
We are looking for a Field Applications Scientist to join our global FAS team. You will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our liquid handling suite of products and will require significant travel throughout the Midwest/South USA, with occasional travel to the East USA and our UK headquarters.
Requirements
- MSc with at least five years' practical experience or a PhD and at least two years practical experience in a Biological Science discipline, liquid handling, laboratory automation or related field
- Working knowledge of NGS methods used in research
- Experience with workflow optimization in genomics, drug discovery, and structural biology
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, record-keeping, and communication skills
