Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Applications Scientist to provide expert-level support for our liquid handling suite of products, with a focus on applications in the Midwest/South USA. The role requires significant travel and working with colleagues across multiple time zones.
Requirements
- MSc with at least five years’ practical experience or a PhD and at least two years practical experience in a Biological Science discipline, liquid handling, laboratory automation or related field
- Working knowledge of NGS methods used in research, with experience using liquid handling and automation
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, record-keeping, and communication skills
- Leadership ability with a demonstrated record of mentorship
