Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer position to support the growing business across the breadth of the portfolio, working remotely, and with a focus on electro-mechanical troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.

Requirements

• Scheduling and performing territory service work such as on-site installation and preventative maintenance
• Performing emergency service (territory) repair visits
• Providing remote telephone assistance
• Being available to travel at short notice in order to support other Field Service Engineers when needed
• Timely completion of all required documentation
• Communicating any product quality issues to the appropriate persons
• Working closely with Territory Sales personnel and Field Applications Specialists
• Responsible for account management, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Obtaining and communicating leads, identifying post-instrument sales, upgrades, and consumables
