To support our growing business, we are looking for a self-motivated Field Service Engineer with proven Electro/Mechanical troubleshooting abilities to be based in or around Baltimore, Maryland, covering the Mid-Atlantic area.

Requirements

• Scheduling and performing territory service work
• Performing emergency service repair visits
• Providing remote telephone assistance
• Timely completion of all required documentation
• Communicating any product quality issues
• Working closely with Territory Sales personnel and Field Applications Specialists
• Responsible for account management, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Obtaining and communicating leads
