Job Description
SpyCloud is on a mission to make the internet a safer place by disrupting the criminal underground. The Sales Engineer- Strategic Accounts role requires an experienced Sales Engineer with expertise in security domains, including Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT. The role involves partnering with the Enterprise sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to strategic customers, leveraging SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries, and driving channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in either cybersecurity presales or working with IT security oriented tools
- Must have a strong network of enterprise customers in the US
- Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook)
- Experience supporting high-importance, strategic accounts
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands and operate in a rapidly evolving environment
- Willingness to travel as required in the region
