Assist with drafting and reviewing fund documentation, negotiating IMAs with third party managers, and managing investor relation matters. Manage new entity set-ups, liquidation process, and private investments. Assist with project management and ad-hoc maintenance matters.
Requirements
- 4 + years PQE (or equivalent)
- Previous experience/training in a top-tier transaction firm, as well as in-house experience (preferable)
- Previous experience in a wide range of Investment funds work
- Enthusiasm for a variety of legal areas
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pro-active and ability to think outside-the-box in order to provide solutions
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Ability to work well with colleagues across multiple regions and time zones
- Capacity to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines
