Job Description
Squint is building technology to empower frontline manufacturing operators with AI and AR capabilities for agentic manufacturing. They deliver critical knowledge directly to workers and are focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing productivity. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and showcase the value of their platform.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions.
- Ability to design and scope AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions and Proof of Value implementations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to create technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
