Job Description
Seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team at SRM Concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance within an industrial environment, with specific skills in electrical systems, plumbing, and welding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Technical proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, and welding, with relevant certifications or qualifications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to undertake complex repairs under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to a plant environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or a vocational degree in a related field is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate various types of plant machinery safely.
- Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.
