Requirements
- Drive new business development by leveraging industry connections, prospecting, and various outreach strategies
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the decision-making processes of prospects
- Manage the complete sales cycle
- Craft tailored sales strategies for customer accounts
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the company leadership
- Work closely with Billing & Credit departments
- Support Operations, Dispatch, and Quality Control teams
- Actively participate in networking events
- Build and nurture customer relationships
- Dedicated to becoming knowledgeable in the concrete industry
