Job Description
SRP is seeking a Solution Center/Help Desk Student Intern to provide phone/chat assistance to internal SRP clients and perform problem-solving over the phone or through chat.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completed coursework to develop skills appropriate for the assignment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Windows Operating Systems, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Microsoft EDGE
