Job Description
Trimble is looking for a proactive student to join their Corporate Information Systems team as an IS Help Desk Intern. The role involves managing technical help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware, and participating in critical department projects. The internship provides hands-on experience and mentorship from a supportive team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior studying Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android and Apple mobile devices, and mainstream software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to professional work ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
