Job Description
Join Trimble's Corporate Information Systems team as an IS Help Desk Intern to gain hands-on experience in technical support and project management. Work with a global team to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and participate in critical department projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior studying Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android and Apple mobile devices, and mainstream software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to professional work ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
