Job Description
SSA Group at Riverbanks Zoo is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef will perform various tasks such as preparing high-quality products, supervising staff, and implementing food safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
- Financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning and leadership skills
- Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs)
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
