Construction Manager

Plan, manage, and control all construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
• 10-12 years of experience in construction management or site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Ability to work with Primavera and other relevant Project Management software
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for site-related issues
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Financial awareness for budget monitoring and cost control
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office365 Apps and its applications
