Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred; Mechanical or Electrical acceptable).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls within the construction sector.
- Proven experience managing project control functions for large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong exposure to construction planning, cost control, and site execution environments.
- Demonstrated experience in delay analysis, claims, and change management.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent command of earned value management (EVM) techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC-based.
