IT Business Solutions Trainer

The Trainer (IT business Solutions) will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for custom-built enterprise applications, leading the creation of user documentation, providing post-training support, and mentoring junior trainers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software training, with at least 2 years focused on custom enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, e-learning authoring tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with change-management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) or Agile environments preferred.
