Performs preventive and corrective maintenance related to the facilities, equipment and associated systems, including fire systems, tube system, equipment repair, and more.
Requirements
- Performs repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions and compiles proper documentation following established policies and procedures.
- Works with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives in regards to the repair and replacement of equipment.
- Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance repairs, including changing light bulbs and replacing ballasts.
- Performs carpentry and minor construction projects, including installation and repair of drywall, walls, flooring, and more.
- Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including debris/trash removal and heavy lifting/moving of materials and equipment.
