Maintenance Technician II

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance related to the facilities, equipment and associated systems, including fire systems, equipment repair, life safety components, and plumbing and electrical repairs.

Requirements

• Performs repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions and compiles proper documentation following established policies and procedures.
• Works with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives in regards to the repair and replacement of equipment.
• Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance repairs, and assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
