Job Description
Supervises the daily activities of the central sterile staff, overseeing decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments, and provides leadership and training to assigned staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- Two years of Sterile Processing and Distribution experience
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) - The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
