Job Description
The Commercial Plumbing Foreman leads field execution for commercial plumbing work on new construction and renovation projects, plans and directs daily work, coordinates with other trades and the project team, enforces safety and quality standards, and delivers the install on schedule and per plans/specs.
Requirements
- Field Leadership: Lead daily huddles; assign tasks, set expectations, and drive production
- Technical Execution & Planning: Execute commercial plumbing scopes (as applicable): domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, fixtures, carriers, roof drains, interceptors, equipment connections
- Quality, Safety, and Jobsite Standards: Own foreman-level QC: verify installs before inspections; protect finished work
- Materials, Tools, and Reporting: Forecast and coordinate material needs; reduce waste and emergency runs
- Required Qualifications: 5+ years commercial plumbing experience; foreman/lead experience preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman/Master license (where applicable) or equivalent competency
