Job Description
The Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman leads field execution for commercial HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal work on new construction and renovation projects, planning and directing daily work, coordinating with other trades, enforcing safety and quality standards, and delivering installations on schedule and per plans/specs.
Requirements
- 5+ years commercial HVAC sheet metal experience; foreman/lead experience preferred
- Strong ability to read plans, specs, and shop drawings and execute code- and spec-compliant installation
- Proven crew leadership, communication, and jobsite coordination skill
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
