Superintendent

Superintendent to oversee grading, heavy civil construction, and site development projects in the Southeast, managing field operations, supervising multiple Foremen and crews, ensuring project safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction, grading, mining, earthwork, or site development
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Strong understanding of grading operations, excavation, utility installation, road construction, and site preparation
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineered plans, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
